The Three E’s for the New Year

We love the idea of new beginnings and we are close to our New Year.

In the area of health, wellness, and an all around great life, three things kept coming up to do:

Enjoy yourself and embrace life.

Eat foods that are alive and natural.

Exercise for 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week.

Those sound fairly reasonable for such a big payoff, right?

3. What’s one small change I could make today that would set something in motion that would make my life happier and healthier?
